Process Artwork & Visual Design System
The core idea behind this project was to transform a complex Customer Experience framework into a connected visual ecosystem that feels intuitive, human, and easy to navigate.

Instead of treating the framework as static diagrams or isolated illustrations, I approached it as a living journey - a visual city built around movement, interaction, and progression. Each stage within the CX model became a destination within this system, connected through flowing pathways that represent continuity between strategy, design, development, delivery, and validation.
To support this approach, I created a complete illustration-based design system with a unified visual language. Every icon, scene, object, and interaction was custom-designed using the same line style, proportions, spacing logic, and motion rhythm to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
The system was designed to be scalable and flexible,
allowing the artwork to work seamlessly across:
Presentations | Reports & publications | SM
Workshops | Digital experiences | Future product extensions
A major focus of the project was simplifying complexity visually. The goal was not only to make the framework look distinctive, but to help people understand relationships, processes, and transitions more naturally through visual storytelling.
The final outcome became more than a collection of illustrations - it evolved into a structured visual experience that reflects the philosophy of customer-centered thinking through one connected artistic system.
